  • Leadership skills ability to supervise and coordinate teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to handle staffing issues, conflicts, and last-minute changes.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability Comfortable with changing schedules, urgent staffing needs, and dynamic environments.
  • Tech Skills: Knowledgeable in MS Office Excel and PPT, familiar with clinic management processes, HR payroll system.

Job Description:

1. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for end-to-end clinic account and staff management, including contract processing, staff deployment coordination, onboarding requirements, and license/certification validation. Ensures accurate scheduling, attendance monitoring, payroll and billing support, and timely submission of operational and regulatory reports. Maintains proactive client communication, resolves operational issues promptly, and ensures full compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, SLA commitments, and DOLE requirements while keeping audit-ready documentation.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Grow at least 2 new corporate accounts per year for total HHC-Clinic Management, Home Health Visits, Vaccination, Pharmacy (Medicines, Medical Supplies and Durable Medical Equipment)
