Pharmacy Procurement Assistant
Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy or any healthcare related course.
- Preferably with experience in operation tasks or pharmacy/healthcare setting
- Knowledge in Sales and Procurement
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with computer-based tasks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders for pharmacy supplies
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and availability of items
- Receive and check delivered items for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain procurement and inventory records
- Support inventory counts and audits
